Cute Puff Scene/Crafty Meraki

Hello there!  Today's card is very cute scene card featuring the Puff to the Beach Stamp set giving you all the Summer Vibes you need!

CARD DETAILS:

For this card I started creating the scene with the sky and water.  I used a cloud stencil to create the sky and Tumbled Glass Oxide ink, for the Ocean I used Salty Ocean Oxide Ink and some water splashes for more texture.  I wanted the Puffins to be on a high rock so I created one by tearing a piece of kraft cardstock and adding Vintage Photo Oxide ink to the edges.

I then stamped and color a couple of puffins and the lighthouse and adhered them to the scene, I felt something was missing so I stamped a couple of clouds to fill the top part. The sentiment is from the It's Playtime set.

Birthday Bus to a Beach Party!

Hi Everyone, today I have a fun and colorful birthday scene card with the adorable Birthday Bus critters from Avery Elle.  I've wanted to create a card with this fun little set for a long time, I am so happy I could finally use it... I love this little stamp sets from different companies because the prize is great and you can pair them with lots of other sets you already own.  You can find this and other small stamp sets at the shop.

CARD DETAILS:

My creating process starts with a color combo I want to use for the entire card, I almost always try to use only the colors I choose, three or four colors I find work great for a design.  I color the cute birthday bus with markers in the colors I already choose to start and work from that.

I then started with the background, to color the background I used Mermaid Lagoon Oxide Ink with some water splashes.  I cut a strip of black cardstock for the road and with a wave die I cut from kraft cardstock the sand, I wanted this party to be at the beach.

I adhere everything to the front of the card and frame the scene with a rectangle frame die I colored in the same hot pink color I used on the bus...to complete the beach look I needed a palm tree, this palm tree is part of the MFT Beach Scene Builder Die-namic, (a must have die set, if you ask me), I colored it also with markers.

I finally stamped the sentiment with black ink and added some nuvo drops in the same tones.  I hope you like this happy birthday beach card,  I wish you have a wonderful rest of the week...

Brutus Monroe and Karen Burniston Dies are a great mix.

CARD DETAILS:

I started with an A2 card base from Sea Brutus Monroe cardstock, for the front panel I used one of the palm trees on the Karen Burniston Palm Tree Pop Up die set.  To create the sand I used Brutus Monroe Suede Surface Spray, for the ocean I used Oz Surface Spray.  The Brutus Monroe stamp set I used is called Road Trip.  The front panel looks very normal, but the surprise comes when you open the card.... it is so awesome!!!

I promise this dies are so easy to ensemble I am sharing here some photos of how easy it is to create this pop up cards, for a detailed explanation you can find a Karen Burniston Video HERE.  For the inside card I used Suede Surface Ink to create the sand look and for the Ocean I used Oz surface spray... Surface sprays look beautiful in person and give your projects a very unique look.

I adhere one of the campers to the pop up palm tree to have it, also pop up when the card is open.  The sentiment "TRAVEL MORE WORRY LESS" was perfect for this card!!!

I hope you like my card as much as I do!!! Like the other card I shared on Monday this card was very popular among my friends and family!!! Do you want to give someone an amazing surprise!!! This dies are your way to go!!!
