Colorful Wreath/ Sunny Studio Stamps

 Hello there!

Today I have card inspiration for you with two of my favorite elements, rainbow colors and inks! This colorful card is just so happy and bright I hope you like it!

CARD DETAILS:

For this card I started by creating the inky background I used some of my favorite Oxide Ink colors on Nina Solar White cardstock.  The colors I used are Festive Berries, Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade, Mowed Lawn, Peacock Feathers and Wilted Violet.  I added water splashes to this panel to add interest and for some shine I added glitter watercolor too.  I then stamped the wreath from Winter Wreaths, I used the pine bough with white embossing powder and I inked it with the same colors I used for the background panel, I cut the wreath with the coordinating die and I adhere it to the center of my front panel.

I stamped the beautiful layered bow that comes in the stamp set trying to match the colors I previously used.  I used Spectrum Noir Inks in tones: Red: bordeaux, orange and Chinese red
Yellow: honey pot, lemon tonic and straw bale, Purple: damson wine, crushed velvet and pale fig, Aqua: Lagoon, parakeet and Oasis, I love the 3D look of this bow.  I cut some peppermint candies from the Gingerbread House dies and I started decorating the wreath with all this elements.  Finally I added a frame from the Fancy Frame Rectangle dies with white cardstock and stamped the sentiment from the Jolly Gingerbread stamp set.  Super fun and colorful card,
thank you so much for stopping by, have a wonderful rest of your day!

Bootiful Wreath/October Heartcraft Paper Guest Designer

Hello Friends!!! I am so happy today to be sharing with you my October project as a Guest Designer for Heartcraft Paper, this project is part of my Halloween Card Series.   For today´s card I used an amazing new Digital Image from my friend Monica Day of the Death check out all the digis at her Heartcraft Paper shop...She has some great Halloween collection of images!!!  My card today was inspired by a wreath I saw on the house of one of my good crafty friends Alejandra.... let me share it with you!!!

CARD DETAILS:

To create this card I used the Day of the Death Digital Stamp... I went to my friends house recently and I was inmediately in love with a weath she had on her door... here in Guatemala is so rare for people to celebrate or evern more decorate for halloween.  I am so happy and excited every time I find people that does all this things I love to do... so I saw it and I knew I wanted to recreate her wreath on a card... and Monica´s new digital image was perfect for that.   I started by cutting the wreath in black cardstock... this die is Gina Marie designs... (one of my favorites I must say) I then print and size the Frida image and colored it with markers.... I cut her to use only her face... and I had the idea of putting some gems for more color and bling!!! and it looks amazing!!!!  here is a closer look...

I wanted to add some flowers too so I used some lawn fawn small die flowers I had and also added some gems.   My three main colors where pink blue and green and a touch of yellow... for the background I used Oxide Ink Picked Rasberry and some water splashes!!!

Isn´t she so boootiful??? I looove this card I could totally be my favorite from this 2018 halloween card series... what do you say?  I hope you have an amazing Saturday!!!
