You melt my Heart

Hello Friends It is time for another Lawn Fawnatics Challenge and I was super inspired with this one...  the colors, the photo... well so hard not to get inspired with Lawn Fawn stamps!

For this Challenge Lawn Fawn gave a color inspiration! and I loooove color inspiration to make a card because there is so much you can create, but I also was inspired by the photo inspiration and decided to create my card in the beach!

CARD DETAILS:

I created a fun scene with my favorite Oxide Ink colors Spiced Marmalade, Worn Lipstick and Broken china.  I used the cute ice cream cones from Here's the Scoop and the summer beverages from So Smooth with the color combo from the inspiration, I also die cut the smallest palm tree from the new Palm Trees Lawn Cuts to complete the beach scene.  For the waves and sand I used the Hillside Border dies. So Fun to create with Lawn Fawn I don't think I would never be tired of  Lawn Fawn products they are so Awesome at what they do! Today was the first day of their sneak peeks and I love everything!

Have a great starting week!

Hooray.. You Did It!/Graduation Card

Hello Friends and Welcome to another inspiration card for the Always Fun Challenge blog!!! The theme for this week is "Graduation"and I went for a male graduation card with a very fun Sentiment.

CARD DETAILS:

I noticed that since I tried Oxide Inks they are my go to inks for blending, because they blend so effortless, beautifully and the effects they make.   I blended Oxide ink colors Fossilized Amber, Cracked Pistachio and Faded Jeans and add some flicks of water with my distress sprayer. I die cut my blended piece with one of my new Gina Marie dies which I love.  The cute bear is from the Page Huggers from Mama Elephant,  this set has so many accesories, you can use this cute critters for many occasions, this kind of  sets are a MUST have because there are many uses for them!

The beautiful inspiration has some light colors
that inspire me to create this card!

I did some smooshing on the card base with colors
ballet slippers from Lawn Fawn, Lilac Lane from Umbrella
Crafts and Tumbled Glass distress ink.
I used the flower from Thankful by Julie with
gold embossing powder on lilac and light blue cardstock
I finally die cut the Beyoutiful sentiment and added
some touches here and there of gold embossing powder.

As you can see I love the Challenges at the Ellen Hutson

Scared Doggie

Hello my Crafty Friends and everyone that visits my blog and will be my friend!!!
This weeks are realy complicated for me because my son is having his finals and WE have sooo much to study.... He is 8 years old.... Oh well there is also so much happening this amazing month it is my hubby's Birthday and HALLOWEEN is coming soon!!!  But I am trying among all the chaos to keep myself sane doing some crafting and of course halloween cards!!!
Go visit my instagram where I will be sharing everyday a new halloween card
https://www.instagram.com/craftinglovew/

This one is my entry for the current Lawnscaping Challenge It is basically inspired on a Autumn pinterest board with a lot of leafs, oranges and browns and I came up with this funny card!!

Poor doggie... look at his face he is so scared while the ghosts are having so much fun!!!

I use the following Lawn Fawn Stamps:

The Ghosts and Moon of the Spooktacular set
The doggie from Critters at the Dog Park
The branches and leaves from Jump for Joy
The Ghosts faces are from Rooting for you

Distress Inks:

Carved Pumpkin
Spiced Marmalade
Walnut Stain

The original doggie is so happy... let me show you how I change it:

You can always mask only the part where you don't want the ink to be or do like I do I use my Lawn Fawn shammy to take of the part where I don't want the ink to be and with a black pen (a fine one)
I draw the new face...

Tad Ahhh from happy to scared!!

I hope you find this helpful... this was my inspiration for the challenge

Have a wonderful week and as always if you need it...stay crafty to stay sane... like me!!

EGG Vampires

Vampire Eggs....hahaha..... This card is so funny I just can't handle it!!!
This card is my first entry to the Lawnscaping Challenge for this week GEOMETRIC....
I can keep creating halloween cards all year long.. last week I got TOP MOW-IT-ALL for my zombie doggies card... so amazing!!!

For this card I use Distress inks in colors:
Squeezed Lemonade
Chipped Sapphire
Black Soot
The Chirp Chirp Chirp Lawn Fawn Stamps
Booya Stamp Set elements.... To make some EGGcelent Vampires!! hahaha

I made a little tutorial to show you how I create the background

1. I diecut a circle mask for the moon

2. You put your mask where you want your moon to be placed in the card

3. Next, you start blending with squeezed lemonade distress ink, only around the circle mask to make kind of a halo.

4. After that you start blending around the edge of the card with chipped sapphire first, leaving in the center some white spots

6. Put also some black soot distress ink on the edges to make the look of a more dramatic night.....

7.  Remove very carefully the mask and blend in the center of the moon some squeezed lemonade to make a brilliant moon

Here is you Spooky night sky..... have an amazing day...
Hope you find this helpful...
