I then stamped the creepy dolls and colored them with copic markers C1, C2, C3, C4 ,C5 ,C6 I used Tri-blend marker Dark Red to color the rest of the images, to add a creepier look I added vintage photo oxide ink to the edges of the images.  I cut a branch and hang the creepy dolls, I also added some black bats from the Dracula going Batty Die set  and the sentiment.

Too Cute to Spook and Fall Scenes Sunny Studio Stamps

Hi there! Today I am sharing more inspiration from the newest release! My card features the Too Cute to Spook Stamp Set and Fall Scenes Stamp.  This two sets are absolutely adorable and typical Sunny Studio Designs.

CARD DETAILS:

For my card today I used a lot of making tape because I wanted to create a one layer scene. I started by stamping the Spooky house from the Fall Scenes leaving some space at the bottom of the card for the cute halloween critters.  I colored the house with Copic markers and the rest of the scene with oxide inks in colors: Peeled Paint for the grassy area, Seedless Preserves, Carved Pumpkin and Black Soot for the Sky and Pumice Stone for the street.
I choose three of the cute critters and stamp and colored them, I adhered them to the front of the card as if they are ready to trick or treat in that spooky house I added a couple of bats and some extra spooky tree and spider web too.

I finally added the sentiment with Versafine ink and assemble this piece to a white panel and then to a black card base.   Thank you so much for visiting today!   Remember to stay crafty because today is only lived once, do what you love and enjoy it!!!

Colorful Friendly Ghosts Scrappy Tail Crafts

Hello Friends this is Waleska to share with you a Spooky Fun card using the newest release products!  For my card today I used the cute Friendly Mini Ghosts die and a bunch of inks!

CARD DETAILS:

I started by die cutting a lots of ghosts because I wanted to fill the front panel of my card with them.  I then started inking each of the ghosts with Oxide inks in colors Wilted Violet, Twisted Citron and Carved Pumpkin leaves some white spaces on them.

I then started adhering all the ghosts on a black panel trying to mix all the different colors in different spots.  I die cut the word BEWARE from the A7 Storefront Halloween House Add on  and I ink it with the same colors of ink I previously used, I also die cut a second time this word from black cardstock to create a shadow to this word.

I cut from vellum a long strip and adhere it to the center of the ghosts panel (that way the word BEWARE can stand out from that busy background) I was feeling the card was missing something so I finally added some silver star sequins around the ghosts!
Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope you have a wonderful day!

Halloweener Team 2022/ Wolfman Card

Hello Friends it is Halloween time on my blog!!!! Today I have some exciting news for you!!! Whimsy Stamps has started a new Halloweener Design Team, and I am part of it.  Halloween is a big deal at Whimsy, so it is only fitting that they have a design team dedicated to promoting that halloween season. I want to share the first of many many Halloween cards I will be creating!

CARD DETAILS:

For my very first card I wanted to create something spooky... what is more spooky than a creepy Wolfman looking for you!!!!  I started this card by die cutting with black cardstock the Howling Night Die set.  This set comes with 8 dies you can use to create Halloween scenes on cards of various sizes including slimline, and A2 cards, also great for scrapbook pages too. This amazing set includes a graveyard border, cliff edges, a tree, moon, and 3 wolves in various poses it also comes with embossed details on the moon and cliff.

I end up using only the graveyard border, the wolfman and the bats.  I created the background using Oxide inks in colors Candied Apple, Vintage Photo and Black Soot only on the edges of a white card base, I left the center white for a night spooky look around the moon.

For the moon I used Distress ink in color Pumice Stone and Black soot and I added some water splashes as well as some sparkle with a watercolor sparkle silk.  I finish this card creating the spooky scene and adhering this panel to a red and black card base.  I used the sentiment in the Creepy Clowns set with white embossing powder.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! expect more halloween cards and projects from this halloween lover using super spooky Whimsy Stamps products.  See you in your nightmares!

Trick or Treat Newton's Nook Guest Designer

Hello Friends, Waleska here from craftinglovew with another halloween card. (I told you I am a HUGE Halloween fan) I used our friend Newton in different costumes for a fun Trick or Treat scene.

CARD DETAILS:

For the background  of my card today I used oxide inks, and because they blend so well you can almost mix any colors beautifully.  My secret is to start with the lightest color so you don't contaminate your blending tools and get a smoother look, so I started with Spiced Marmalade Oxide Ink at the bottom and Seedless Preserves Oxide Ink for the up part.  In the middle where the two colors meet all you have to do is splash some water and it would look awesome!!! I traced and cut a hill, I sponge it with Peeled Paint Oxide Ink and adhere it to my card base to be the ground for my scene.

I glue the house silhouette and also the moon.  To  make the moon I sponge a circle die cut with Pumice Stone regular distress ink and splash some water with a distress sprayer.  To add more texture you can also sprayed  it with some shimmer.

I finally stamped and color the witch cat from the Newton´s Boo-tiful Night and the Newton from
Newton´s Costume Party and added the Mask so he can also be dressed up for halloween.  I stamped 3 bats with Versafine Onyx Black ink for a more spooky feel and added the sentiment from the Spooky Skeletons set.

I love to mix sets to create cards and Newton's Nook stamps are great to do that!!! I hope you liked my card today!

Have a Spook-tacular Day!!

Spooky Halloween Decoration

Hello Friends Waleska from craftinglovew here... I am so excited to be Newton's Nook October Guest Designer thank you so much for inviting me. I first have to admit I am a Halloween lover so this past Newton release was just too awesome and perfect for me, I am using a lot of the new stamps and I am having so much fun with them.

CARD DETAILS:

For my first card I used almost all of the stamps from the Spooky Skeletons. I love to create little scenes on my cards, so the idea for this one was a very Spooky Halloween Decoration. I first stamped the skeletons in Onyx Black Versafine ink and put Black Sparkle embossing powder to have shinning Spooky Skeletons!!! I cut them and set them aside to make the background.

For the background I used Spiced Marmalade Oxide ink and some water splashes.  I also sponged the edges with Walnut Stain regular Distress Ink to give the card a more spooky feel. I stamped in the center of the card the amazing frame or mirror (you can use it for both) from Creepy Cameos with Versafine Onyx ink and  also put Black Sparkle embossing powder to unify the sparkle vibe on my card.  I create the inside part of the frame by cutting an oval from gray cardstock.

I finally cut a strip of gray cardstock and sponge it with Walnut Stain Distress ink to create the shelf for all the Halloween Spooky Decor and raised all the images with 3D foam... What do you think? Creepy enough? I just wish I have this awesome skeletons to actually decor my living room like this...  I hope you like my card and get some inspiration to start creating halloween cards.

Have a Spooktacular Day!
