Coming to my Rescue

Hello CDD lovers! I am excited to share with
you a card I created with the new Happy Trails
stamp set.   For today's card I decided to ink blend a
night sky for a bunch of cute Police Officers.

Every time I want to make night skies I use my
Distress Inks because of the realistic look you can get
my favorite distress ink colors for night scenes are:

 1. Chipped Sapphire
2. Seedless Preserves
3. Victorian Velvet

I colored the cute police officers with markers
and I also used the Fancy Frame Dies for a more
detail look of my scene, for the stars I always use my
white gel pen.

Pastel Unicorns

Welcome to my blog....
with this card I am starting a
new adventure that I just know will be so much
fun and will give me the opportunity to meet
more amazing people.

This card is my first one on the New Blog

where I am part of their Design Team
I invite you to participate and have FUN!!!

The Challenge #1
Anything Goes

For my card Today I used the new and Amazing
Oxide Inks
I currently own 8 colors but my favorites would be:

1. Cracked Pistachio
2.Worn Lipstick
3. Broken China
4. Faded Jeans

The first thing I did was sponging the Worn Lipstick
Oxide ink directly to my paper and next I flick
Cracked Pistachio and Wilted Violet mixed with water
to my pink piece and because of the water I added
to those two colors they made very vibrant
flicks.

I play a lot with my distress oxides and the end result
I LOVE THEM!
They totally have a new look from other inks.

Hope you can be inspired and start experimenting
with your Oxides if you just don't know if they are
for you I suggest buying two or three, try them
out and then if you like them buy the rest.

Have a wonderful day,

Waleska

Laundry Box

Hello Friends! I have to say making this Box Cards
is so much fun! With this card I am participating on the
current Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #2 Interactive Cards

I made this little box thinking on my lovely Mom who
I know hand-washed most of our Family clothes when
we were little... (me and my brothers)

For this one I try to use matching marker
colors to coordinate with the Perfectly Plaid
Rainbow paper. This set is called:
Lawn Fawn Scalloped Box Card Pop-up
and If you don't have it I think is a MUST!
It is a little expensive, but totally worth the investment.

I hope You like my little Tribute to all Moms!
Who truly demonstrate to be:
World´s Best Moms! for all they do for us!

Love and Hugs

Yeti to Party

Hello there! Today I have a card that was
inspired by my daughter's birthday that is on
Thursday! She loves this Yetis and Shakers!

For this card I used the Inside Scalloped Circles
to make some windows for my little Yetis
I picked some soft colors for the background
and the beautiful CDD shimmer sequins.

I think they look really festive with the party hats
and the little presents!

in color Twisted Citron and lawn fawn ink
Merman for the sky, the Nuvo Crystal drops
in color Caribbean Ocean look great with the sky
(We have them now at the DCC shop in many colors)

I cut with the largest Inside Scalloped Circle
die the front of the card to make a window
and start making my scene with the scene
builder dies, this set comes with so many

Hug in a Mug

Hello my card for today is for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop
I don't drink coffee at all but I wanted to participate
with this cute digi stamp from Craftin Desert Divas

I use the new coffee theme digital stamps
you can find them here Craftin Desert Divas

I use the sentiment that goes with this digi stamp
inside the card.  I just use my markers to color
the images and resize them! That is the great thing
about Digital Stamps.

I also use the Fancy Frame Dies from
Craftin Desert Divas

Hope you can be inspired by my card...

Have a nice day

Lucky Diamonds

This card is my second entry to the Pin-Sights Challenge
for Ellen Hutson

For this card I was inspired by the beautiful Pinterest
inspiration on the ClassRoom

I used two different colors of ink
 Merman from Lawn Fawn,
Lucky Clover Distress ink and
Gold embossing powder for the diamonds.

I also use MTF new border dies which I love and
 the great label makers.

This  two colors look amazing together!

Hope you have a great day!
