This cute image has a neck piece to enhance it I adhere some gems for sparkle and shine.  I die cut the word hugs and I adhere everyhing in the center with white 3D foams.  I also added some sequins.

Shrink Film Earings/ Brutus Monroe Blog Hop

Hello Friends welcome back for another Wednesday Project...using Brutus Monroe Stamps and products, every Wednesday you can find a Blog Hop at the Brutus Monroe Blog featuring a product or technique of the week!  This week we  want to share with you  projects using a very fun product!!! Shrink Film..... this was my first try with this product and I love it!!!   The Design team did an excellent job showing how to use this great product you can find at the Brutus Monroe Shop and you need to give a try!!!

PROJECT DETAILS:

To start with this project you will need to have some things in hand: Brutus Monroe Detail Ink, Stamp Set, Heat Gun, Shrink Film, hole punch, accesories to create your project, something to hold the shrink film while shrinking.

First you need to stamp the image in the shrink film, because of the sleek surface of the shrink film you need to stamp once and leave it to air dry for a little.  After that you need to carefully cut around the image, If you have the coordinating die you can do that too.  if you are makin a charm or earings like me before shrinking the film you have to punch a hole in the center of the image to put the accesories through.

After that set your heat gun to be as hot as you can and hold the image with something (if not it will fly away) and start shrinking it with your heat gun...  At the beginning I thought I was doing something wrong but at the end it went well and the charm became flat.

Put the accesories and Wow you have new adorable accesories made with your favorite stamp sets!!  Hop along with us and check out the amazing projects from the team.

Have an amazing day!! I will because today it´s my Birthday!!

Shake it up using Brutus Monroe Self Adhesive Shaker Pouches

Hello Friends welcome back for another Wednesday Project...using Brutus Monroe Stamps and products, every Wednesday you can find a Blog Hop at the Brutus Monroe Blog featuring a product or technique of the week!  This week we  want to share with you an amazing product to create easy shaker cards... Have you heard about the Shaker Pouches?? The Design team did an excellent job showing how to use this great product you can find at the Brutus Monroe Shop and you need in your stash!!!

CARD DESIGN:

The shaker pouches are a very smart product to create very easy no bulky shaker cards!!! These pouches inner measurements are 4" x 4.5" they are perfect for A2 size cards.  These shake helpers have adhesive on the back and also have an adhesive seal on the top so you can close up and seal once your shaker bits are inside.  You will receive a pack of 25 in this configuration.

Self Adhesive Shaker Pouch - 25 Pack
To create this card I used my fuse tool to seal the shaker pouch to a smaller rectangle size leaving the up part open I cut a green glitter cardstock to put inside the shaker with the shaker bits in christmas colors and sealed it with the adhesive in the up part.

I cut a frame with Alabaster cardstock and adhere it to the shaker pouch to create the window, I then peel of the adhesive sticker on the back of the shaker pouch and put it in the center of a gold and kraft card base.  I decorate the window with a poinsetta I diecut with glitter cardstock...  I felt this beautiful outside didn´t need a sentiment so I stamped the sentiment inside the card.

Check out the great look and no bulk of this shaker card using the shaker pouches...

Hop along with us for more inspiration on how to use this awesome product!!!!

CARD DETAILS:

To create this card I was very inspired by the Designer Toner Sheet Marble I totally think It looks like a spooky night sky... So I wanted to create a spooky night scene.  I started by foiling the toner sheet with red Deco Foil.  That was the base for my scene... With Raven cardstock I cut a halloween border and to make it even more spooky I add some bats flying around.

I stamped the Vampire and I wanted to make his cape shinny, to make that I also foiled only his cape by stamping it on a black toner sheet and I foiled it with the same red foil I used for the background. I finally stamped the sentiment with Alabaster Embossing Powder.
