Hi Scrappy Tails Crafters! Thank you so much for joining our Spring Inspiration blog and video hop! The Scrappy Tails design team members are using new products from our recent “Heartfelt Wings” collection. This release is inspired by beautiful butterflies, birds and blooms. Along the hop you’ll find lots of beautiful Easter, Mother’s Day and Spring themed cards. CARD DETAILS:
To create this card I started with the butterflies I stamped them with black ink on a white cardstock and I used oxide inks in colors Peacock Feathers and Picked Raspberry to add color to them starting in the center and changing color towards the end of the wings. I then used Spectrum Noir Metallic Flip Marker Moonlight to add gold details on the body of the butterflies and wings. I hand cut them and set the aside to dry. I worked on the black panel using Gansai Tambi Starring Colors to create some splatters. I adhered this panel to a white cardbase and added the sentiment. This butterflies are so beautiful and can be used for so many occasions!
